This Privacy Policy refers to developer IE Evgenii Ripachev (hereinafter – Developer / We / Our / Us) apps (hereinafter – Apps / App / Service) and describes how and why Apps might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") Your information when You use the App, such as when You:

  • Download and use Apps, or any other services that link to this privacy policy.
  • Engage with the Apps developer in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • "Account" means a unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service.
  • "App data" - the data that is downloaded or generated as part of a device's content - for instance, downloaded books or music, while cache files are temporary files many programs generate while in use, such as saved portions of websites You visit in a browser.
  • "Device" means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
  • "Personal Data" is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Do the Apps receive any information from third parties? The Apps can receive information from third parties. The information from third parties are:

  • Phone number and other user call information from Twilio (twilio.com), when any person makes a call to any Twilio phone number listed in the App (on screen "Service Numbers").

The Apps does not receive any other information from third parties.

How do the Service process Your information? App processes Your information for the purposes of providing, improving and administering the Service, communicating with You, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. The App may also process Your information for other purposes with Your consent.

How does the Service keep Your information safe? Service has organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect Your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so there are no promises or guarantees that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat the security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify Your information.

What are Your rights? Depending on where You are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean You have certain rights regarding Your personal information.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO THE SERVICE COLLECTS?

Personal information You disclose to the service

In Short: The Service collects personal information that You provide.

The Service collects personal information that You voluntarily provide when You register on the App, makes a call to any Service Number, expresses an interest in obtaining information about other products and apps, when You participate in activities on the App, or otherwise when You contact the App Developer or support.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that the Service collects depends on the context of Your interactions with the Service and the Developer of Service, the choices You make, and the products and features You use. The personal information the Service collects may include the following:

  • Phone numbers

Sensitive Information. The Service does not process sensitive information.

Payment Data. The Service may collect data necessary to process Your payment if You make purchases.

App Data. If You use the App, the Service also may collect the following information if You choose to provide access or permission:

  • Mobile Device Access. The Apps may request access or permission to certain features from Your mobile device, including Your mobile device's contacts, microphone, and other features. If You wish to change Apps access or permissions, You may do so in Your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the App, for troubleshooting, and for Service internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that You provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and You must notify the Developer of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as Your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when You use the App or related App sources (website, landing page, etc.).

The Service automatically collects certain information when You visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal Your specific identity (like Your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as Your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when You use the App, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the App, and for the internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The collected information includes:

  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information the App servers may automatically collect when You access or use the Service and which are recorded in log files. Depending on how You interact with the App, this log data may include Your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about Your activity in the App (such as the date/time stamps associated with Your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions You take such as which features You use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).

2. HOW DO THE SERVICE PROCESSES YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: The Service processes Your information to provide, improve, and administer the App, communicate with You, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. The Service may also process Your information for other purposes with Your consent.

The Service processes Your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how You interact with the App, including:

  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. The Service may process Your information, so You can create and log in to Your account, as well as keep Your account in working order.

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO THE DEVELOPER RELIES ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: The Service only processes Your personal information when Developer believes it is necessary and when there is a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with Your consent, to comply with laws, to provide You with services to enter into or fulfil Developer contractual obligations, to protect Your rights, or to fulfil Developer legitimate business interests.

If You are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to You.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require Developer to explain the valid legal bases Developer relies on in order to process Your personal information. As such, Developer may rely on the following legal bases to process Your personal information:

  • Consent. The Service may process Your information if You have given a permission (i.e., consent) to use Your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw Your consent at any time.
  • Legal Obligations. The Service may process Your information where the Developer believes it is necessary for compliance with legal obligations, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulatory agency, exercise or defend Developer legal rights, or disclose Your information as evidence in litigation in which Developer is involved.
  • Vital Interests. The Service may process Your information where the Developer believes it is necessary to protect Your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, such as situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person.

If You are located in other countries where the GDPR does not apply, this section applies to You.

The Service may process Your information if You have given specific permission (i.e., express consent) to use Your personal information for a specific purpose, or in situations where Your permission can be inferred (i.e., implied consent). You can withdraw Your consent at any time.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO DEVELOPER SHARES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: The Developer may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.

Developer may need to share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • Apps usage. For the purposes of attribution and tracking the performance of the advertising campaigns and the App, including effectiveness, usage, installations and downloads, Developer engages advertising and analytics third party providers (hereinafter – Providers), currently the following Providers are being engaged:
    • Sentry (sentry.io)
    • Firebase (firebase.google.com)
    • AppsFlyer (appsflyer.com)
    • Facebook (facebook.com)
    • Google (google.com)
    • Twilio (twilio.com)
    • DigitalOcean (digitalocean.com)

The lists of Providers licences used may be amended from time to time, please refer to this Privacy Policy to obtain up-to-date information.

  • Business Transfers. The Developer may share or transfer Your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Developer business to another company.

5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: The Service may transfer, store, and process Your information in countries other than Your own.

The App servers are located in the United States. If You are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the facilities and by those third parties with whom the Developer may share Your personal information in and other countries.

If You are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in Your country. However, the Developer will take all necessary measures to protect Your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: The Service keeps Your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.

The Service will only keep Your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require You to keep Your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with the App.

When Developer has no ongoing legitimate business need to process Your personal information, Developer will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because Your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then Developer will securely store Your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. HOW DO THE DEVELOPER KEEPS YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: The Developer aims to protect Your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

Developer has implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information the Service processes. However, despite Developer safeguards and efforts to secure Your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so Developer cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat the security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify Your information. Although the Developer will do his/her best to protect Your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from Apps is at Your own risk. You should only access the Apps within a secure environment.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and Canada, You have rights that allow You greater access to and control over Your personal information. You may review, change, or terminate Your account at any time.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, and Canada), You have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of Your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of Your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, You may also have the right to object to the processing of Your personal information. You can make such a request by contacting the Developer.

The Developer will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If You are located in the EEA or UK and You believe the Service is unlawfully processing Your personal information, You also have the right to complain to Your local data protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawing Your consent: If the Developer is relying on Your consent to process Your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time. You can withdraw Your consent at any time by contacting the Developer.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of Your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

If You withdraw Your consent, We may not be able to provide You with access to certain specific functionalities of the Service.

Account Information

If You would at any time like to review or change the information in Your account or terminate Your account, You can:

  • Log in to Your account settings and update or delete Your user account.

Upon Your request to terminate Your account, the Developer will deactivate or delete Your account and information from active databases. However, the Developer may retain some information in the files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce Developer legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

9. DO THE DEVELOPER MAKES UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

In Short: Yes, the Developer will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

The Developer may update this privacy policy from time to time. If Developer makes material changes to this privacy policy, he/she may notify You either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending You a notification. Developer encourages You to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed.

10. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA THE SERVICE COLLECTS FROM YOU?

Based on the applicable laws of Your country, You may have the right to request access to the personal information the Service collects from You, change that information, or delete it. You can do it through the App functionality or by contacting the Developer.

We may deny Your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for Us or Our Service Providers to:

  • Complete the transaction for which We collected the personal information, provide a good or service that You requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of Our ongoing business relationship with You, or otherwise perform Our contract with You.
  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
  • Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which You provided it

11. PROTECTING CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

In Short: The Service does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 17 years of age.

The Service does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 17 years of age. By using the App, You represent that You are at least 17 or that You are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If Developer learns that personal information from users less than 17 years of age has been collected, Developer will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from Service records. If You become aware of any data the Service may have collected from children under age 17, please contact the Developer.

Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
